A significant portion of my work involves bilingual legal tasks, such as drafting bilingual purchase agreements, preparing bilingual corporate legal documents, and handling out- of-court and non-litigious matters in
Austria and Germany, depending on the subject matter.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 2013. Following this, I completed the required three-year traineeship period for the bar exam at a law firm dealing with a wide range of civil law, commercial law, labor law, and administrative law matters.
I passed the bar exam in 2017, after which I worked as a solo practitioner. In 2021, we established Dóczy & Czifra Law Firm.
I am fluent in both German and English.
A significant portion of my work involves bilingual legal tasks, such as drafting bilingual purchase agreements, preparing bilingual corporate legal documents, and handling out- of-court and non-litigious matters in Austria and Germany, depending on the subject matter. I consider it a major professional milestone that I spent a year in Berlin working on an international due diligence project, where my responsibilities included reviewing documents from corporate law, administrative law, tort law, and consumer protection law perspectives.
My professional profile includes international legal transactions involving Hungarian machinery manufacturing and industry, with a particular focus on Hungarian-German industrial relations. This includes contract law, labor law, and administrative law. As a result, I can provide legal support for cross-border purchase, lease, and leasing agreements, as well as guidance on administrative law and labor law issues for foreigners living in Hungary and Hungarians living abroad.
