A significant portion of my work involves providing general consultancy in the field of civil law and offering criminal defense in cases related to drug trafficking and consumption, human smuggling, bodily harm, and
property-related offenses.
I obtained my Doctorate in Law from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest in 2017. During my years as a student, I worked as an intern and pursued further studies abroad at the University of Siena, Italy. I interned at the Retteghy és Társa Law Firm and after completing my studies, I worked as a trainee lawyer, representing and defending victims of crimes such as bodily harm, drug-related offenses, traffic offenses, and property crimes.
I completed my bar exam in 2021, the same year in which we established the Dóczy and Czifra Law Firm.
My professional profile in the field of criminal law focuses on defense, particularly in cases such as drug trafficking, drug consumption, human trafficking, bodily harm, and property offenses. Additionally, I undertake the representation of victims in private lawsuits and criminal procedures, where civil claims, such as damages caused by criminal offenses, are reported.
Furthermore, I offer assistance and information in the field of civil law related to drafting contracts (such as gift agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and lease), asserting claims, debt adjustments, and company formation and management.
