II.1. Inquiries:
Data Processed: Name, email address, phone number, subject of inquiry, and other information necessary for identifying the matter.
Purpose: Responding to your inquiry. Legal Basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention Period: Until consent is withdrawn.
II.2. Newsletter Subscription:
Data Processed: Name, email address, phone number, subject of inquiry, and other information necessary for identification.
Purpose: Marketing communications. Legal Basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention Period: Until consent is withdrawn.
II.3. Website Operation:
Data Processed: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visit, cookie information, and other technical data.
Purpose: Ensuring the proper functioning of the website. Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
II.4. Contract Performance:
Data Processed: Name, email address, phone number, case-related data, and personal data required by laws on anti-money laundering and legal practice.
Purpose: Contract performance and resolution of disputes arising in connection therewith.
Retention Period: General limitation period following performance. Data collected for anti-money laundering and legal compliance purposes must be retained for at least 8 years. For records not subject to disposal, retention is indefinite. Legal Basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
II.5. Compliance with Legal Obligations:
Data Processed: Name, address, tax number.
Purpose: Compliance with taxation and accounting obligations. Legal Basis: Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Retention Period: 8 years following the fulfillment of obligations.
III.1. In the processing of data by the Firm:
a) keep the information confidential, i.e. protect the information so that only those who are entitled to have access to it, have access to it;
b) keep the integrity, i.e. protect the accuracy and completeness of the information and the processing method;
c) ensure availibity, i.e ensure that when the authorised user needs it, he or she can actually access the information required and that the means to do so are available.
III.2. Your data may be transferred to the following third parties as necessary:
a) Service Providers: IT service providers, accounting firms, courier services, and insurers in contractual relationships with the Firm.
b) Contract Fulfillment: Collaborating attorneys, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, notaries, liquidators, bailiffs, counterparties to contracts, and substitute attorneys.
c) Legal Obligations: Authorities, courts, prosecutors, investigative bodies, regulatory and supervisory authorities, and other authorized bodies.
Personal data may be transferred to data controllers or processors outside the European Economic Area when necessary for fulfilling engagements or when the client has explicitly consented (Article 49 GDPR). Before entering into such agreements, the Firm ensures data protection through:
a) Approved codes of conduct and binding commitments;
b) Certified mechanisms in line with GDPR Article 42;
c) Clauses approved by supervisory authorities;
d) Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission;
e) Whenever possible, the Firm endeavors to use model clauses approved by the European Commission or the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).

V.3. Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
